JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARDS - MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction and acceptance

These membership terms (Terms) apply to your participation in the JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARDS program (JUST SHOPâ„¢). By registering as a member or using your digital JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARDS membership card in-store or online, you agree that these Terms apply, including any amendments to these Terms we post on our website.

2. About the JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARDS program

JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARDS is a customer loyalty program operated in Australia and New Zealand by Just Group Limited ACN 096 911 410.

The brands participating in JUST SHOPâ„¢ are limited to Dottiâ„¢, Jacqui Eâ„¢, Jay Jaysâ„¢, Just Jeansâ„¢ and Portmansâ„¢.

JUST SHOPâ„¢ replaces the previous Just Jeans loyalty program of the same name, which ended in October 2024. If you hold an existing Just Jeans loyalty program voucher, that voucher remains valid until it expires. Other information on the transition of rewards and benefits from the previous Just Jeans loyalty program has been provided to members by email, but if you have any questions please email us at customerservice@justshoprewards.com.au. Previous Just Jeans loyalty program members do not need to re-register to become members of JUST SHOPâ„¢.

3. Membership and eligibility

JUST SHOPâ„¢ is free to join.

You can join online, or in store at Dottiâ„¢, Jacqui Eâ„¢, Jay Jaysâ„¢, Just Jeansâ„¢ or Portmansâ„¢.

To join, you must provide us information that we need to administer the program, that is, your name, email address and mobile number. If you want a birthday reward, please also provide this information when you sign up.

You must be 15+ years old to join.

4. Your membership card

On joining, JUST SHOPâ„¢ members are issued with a digital membership card (Membership Card). Membership Cards can be saved in your digital wallet or online account.

To participate in JUST SHOPâ„¢, including earning and redeeming JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARDS, members must:

  • (in store) present their Membership Card at the point-of-sale, or provide a registered email address or mobile number; or
  • (online) log-in to their online account before making a purchase.

5. Earning points

Earning points is easy.

JUST SHOPâ„¢ Reward Points can be earned in store and online at Dottiâ„¢, Jacqui Eâ„¢, Jay Jaysâ„¢, Just Jeansâ„¢ and Portmansâ„¢ only.

For every qualifying dollar you spend, you are awarded one point (Point). When awarding Points, we round up your qualifying spend to the nearest whole dollar.

Points are not awarded on gift card purchases, carry bags, delivery fees, charity items or on the redemption of JUST SHOPâ„¢ Rewards.

We also offer limited time bonus points promotions (Bonus Points). We will communicate the terms of any Bonus Points promotions to you.

Points are reflected in your account after your purchase. If you have any questions or issues relating to your Points balance, please contact our support team by visiting the ‘Help & Contact Us’ section of our website.

Your Points balance is reduced when JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARDS are issued.

Points expire after 2 years of account inactivity, that is, you don’t earn at least one Point in a 2 year period.

6. Redeeming JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARDS

Redeeming JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARDS is easy too.

JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARDS are redeemable in store and online at Dottiâ„¢, Jacqui Eâ„¢, Jay Jaysâ„¢, Just Jeansâ„¢ and Portmansâ„¢ only. JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARDS are not redeemable for cash.

For every 200 Points you earn, we issue a $10 JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARD.

A $20 minimum spend after any savings and discounts (Minimum Spend) applies to redeem a JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARD. Minimum spend does not include purchases of gift cards, carry bags, delivery fees, charity items or the redemption of another JUST SHOPâ„¢ Reward.

JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARDS are valid for 60 days from issue.

You can redeem multiple JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARDS in a single transaction, provided each JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARD meets the Minimum Spend. This means, for example, that the redemption of two JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARDS requires a minimum spend of $40.

A JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARD must be fully redeemed in a single transaction, that is, JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARDS can not be split across more than one purchase.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to offer special or bonus JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARDS that might be subject to additional terms and conditions.

7. Returning goods: what happens to Points and JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARDS

If you earned Points when making your purchase, these Points will be taken off your Points balance when later returning your goods. For example, if you purchase an item for $25 and an item for $15 you would have earned 40 Points. If you return the $25 item, your Points balance will be reduced by 25 Points. If you have already been issued a JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARD for the purchase before returning your goods, your Points balance may go into negative.

If you redeemed a JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARD when you made your purchase, the total amount you paid for that purchase will have been reduced by the amount of the JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARD redeemed, and the refund will be processed based on the amount paid after any JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARDS were applied. If you used a JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARD to purchase multiple items, your JUST SHOPâ„¢ REWARD will be split proportionally across the items purchased, and any returns will adjust the value and Points accordingly.

8. Birthday rewards

If you’ve given us your birthday information, we’ll issue you a $10 Birthday Reward on your birthday. Birthday Rewards have the same validity and redemption conditions as set out in paragraph 6 (Redeeming JUST SHOP™ REWARDS) above.

9. Responsibilities of members and membership limitations

Keep your membership information safe. We are not responsible for unused Points or Vouchers, misappropriated Membership Cards or any failure to identify yourself when shopping with us.

Membership, Points, Bonus Points, JUST SHOP™ REWARDS and Birthday Rewards are non-transferable and can’t be shared.

Membership is available for personal, and not business, use.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate a membership for any suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorised sharing, breaches of these Terms or misuse.

We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate JUST SHOP™ in its entirety. If we do this, we’ll give you at least 30 days notice.

10. Privacy

When you interact with us, we collect data. Sometimes you give it to us, for example when you join the program you give us information that we need to administer the program, or when you order a product you tell us where to deliver it. Sometimes we collect it automatically, such as through cookies on our website.

We know how important your personal information is to you and we’re committed to safeguarding it.
